平喘镇咳中成药中4种非法添加化学药品检验研究

摘要 文章研究一种平喘镇咳中成药中非法添加化学药品的检验方法。文章以常用平喘镇咳中成药强力止咳宁胶囊为分析对象,在药物中加入定量的盐酸麻黄碱、醋酸泼尼松、磷酸可待因以及地塞米松对照品进行高效液相色谱法(high performanceliquidchromatography,HLPC)进行检测。通过线性关系分析可知,该HPLC检测法测磷酸可待因、盐酸麻黄碱、地塞米松、醋酸泼尼松的方法有效,各组线性回归方程均具有较高的r值。24 h内测定对照品溶液的色谱峰面积,磷酸可待因、盐酸麻黄碱、地塞米松、醋酸泼尼松的检验结果在不同时间内无显著差异(P>0.05),4种化学品在该条件下稳定性良好。得出结论为HLPC法检测上述4种非法添加化学物效果较好,操作方便,具有较强稳定性。 This paper studies a method for the determination of illegally added chemicals in traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations for relieving asthma and relieving cough.In this paper,the commonly used antiasthmatic and antitussive traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations Qiangli Zhikening capsule was used as the analytical object,and quantitative ephedrine hydrochloride,prednisone acetate,codeine phosphate and dexamethasone reference substances were added to the drug for high performance liquid chromatography(HLPC)detection.Through linear relationship analysis,it can be concluded that the HPLC detection method is effective for detecting codeine phosphate,ephedrine hydrochloride,dexamethasone,and prednisone acetate,and the linear regression equations of each group have high r values.The chromatographic peak area of the reference solution was measured within 24 hours.The test results of codeine phosphate,ephedrine hydrochloride,dexamethasone,and prednisone acetate showed no significant difference at different times(P>0.05),indicating good stability of the four chemicals under these conditions.The conclusion is that the HLPC method is effective in detecting the four illegal added chemicals mentioned above,with convenient operation and strong stability.
