摘要
卵巢早衰(POF)属于妇科常见疾病,如今中医治疗卵巢早衰因其疗效好,不良反应轻的特点逐渐进入大众视野。脾为气血生化之源,后天之本,能运化水谷,化生气血,濡养胞宫乃至全身,脾的运化失常与卵巢早衰有十分紧密的联系;但临床中医一般认为卵巢早衰以肾虚为本,大多围绕肝、脾、肾为治疗中心,在补肾基础上进行辨证加减。卵巢早衰的发生又与肝脾肾三脏致病互相牵连,脾之运化失常与肝郁、肾虚息息相关。故文章从脾出发,从健脾、补肾健脾、疏肝健脾三个方面归纳总结古今各医家对卵巢早衰的认知与治疗,期以共同论治卵巢早衰。
Premature ovarian failure(POF)is a common gynecologic disease.Nowadays,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of prema-ture ovarian failure has gradually entered the public's view because of its good efficacy and mild adverse reactions.The spleen is the biochemi-cal source of qi and blood,and the foundation of the day after tomorrow.It can transport and transform water grains,transform qi and blood,nourish the uterus and even the whole body.The abnormal transportation and transformation of the spleen is closely related to premature ovari-an failure;however,clinical Chinese medicine generally believes that premature ovarian failure is based on kidney deficiency,and most of them focus on the liver,spleen and kidney,with syndrome differentiation and addition based on kidney nourishing.The occurrence of prema-ture ovarian failure is implicated in the pathogenesis of liver,spleen and kidney.The abnormal circulation and transformation of the spleen is closely related to liver depression and kidney deficiency.Therefore,starting from the spleen,this article summarizes the understanding and treatment of premature ovarian failure by ancient and modern doctors from three aspects: strengthening the spleen, replenishing the kidneyand invigorating the spleen, and alleviating the liver and strengthening the spleen, in order to jointly treat premature ovarian failure.
