高等级公路42 m先张法预应力薄壁体U型梁施工技术探讨

摘要 针对42 m先张法预应力薄壁体U型梁施工的技术难点,文章依托某高速公路施工项目,通过分析U型梁施工的主要工序,研究了预制梁场布置、混凝土配合比设计及钢绞线分阶段张拉,提出了U型梁预制施工工艺和关键技术。在预制梁工程中,提出完善的分阶段温控蒸汽养护系统及方法,介绍了混凝土浇筑过程中同步安装模板的施工工艺,制订并实施了成品U型梁的静态承载力检测方案,研究成果可为U型梁的预制生产提供经验。 In view of the technical difficulties in the construction of prestressed thin-walled U-shaped beam with 42 m pretensioning method,based on an expressway construction project,this paper analyzes the main procedures of U-shaped beam construction,studies the layout of prefabricated beam yard,the design of concrete mixture proportion and the staged tensioning of steel strands,and puts forward the construction process and key technology of U-shaped beam prefabrication.In the prefabricated beam engineering,a perfect staged temperature controlled steam curing system and method are proposed,the construction technology of synchronous template installation in concrete pouring process is introduced,the static bearing capacity testing scheme of finished U-beam is formulated and implemented,and the research results can provide experience for the prefabrication production of U-shaped beams.
