摘要
目的探究抗妇炎胶囊联合湿润烧伤膏对宫颈上皮内瘤变宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)术后创面愈合疗效的研究。方法选择2023年12月至2024年4月期间于我院就诊的80例宫颈上皮内瘤变接受LEEP刀治疗的患者作为对象进行研究。患者分组依据随机数字表法,对照组(n=40,术后使用抗妇炎胶囊治疗),观察组(n=40,术后口服抗妇炎胶囊加湿润烧伤膏涂抹创面)。对比两组治疗4周后创面愈合率、术后恢复情况、炎症因子水平、以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组术后创面愈合率高于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-10水平以及不良反应总发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在宫颈上皮内瘤变LEEP术后使用抗妇炎胶囊联合湿润烧伤膏治疗能提升创面愈合率,促进患者术后恢复,减轻机体炎性反应,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Kangfuyan capsule combined with MEBO on wound healing after cervical intraepithelial neoplasia loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP).Methods Eighty patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated with LEEP knife who visited our hospital between December 2023 and April 2024 were selected for the study.The patients were grouped according to the random number table method,control group(n=40,postoperative treatment with Kangfuyan capsule),observation group(n=40,postoperative oral Kangfuyan capsule plus MEBO applied to the wound).Wound healing rate,postoperative recovery,inflammatory factor levels,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment.Results The postoperative wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group(all P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-10 as well as the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The use of Kangfuyan capsule combined with MEBO in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia after LEEP can improve the wound healing rate,promote the postoperative recovery of patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
