摘要
目的分析舒适护理干预在肿瘤患者化疗护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月至2023年12月本院82例肿瘤患者,采取随机数字表法分组,各41例;对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组实施舒适护理干预,对比干预效果。结果干预后,观察组SDS评分、SAS评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组护理总舒适度、满意度、SES评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活等各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预的应用,不仅能够改善肿瘤化疗患者负面情绪、舒适度及生活质量,且可以降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of comfort nursing intervention in chemotherapy care of tumor patients.Methods A total of 82 cancer patients in our hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into groups using a random number table method,with 41 patients in each group,The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comfort nursing intervention,and the intervention effects were compared.Results After the intervention,the SDS score,SAS score,and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05),the total comfort,satisfaction,and SES score of nursing care of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05),and the scores of the quality of life of each of the observation group such as somatic functioning,psychological functioning,social functioning,and material life were higher than those of the control group after the intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of comfort nursing intervention can not only improve negative emotions,comfort,and quality of life of cancer chemotherapy patients,but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
