摘要
在“立德树人”背景下,学科育人能力培养已成为职前英语教师教育的重要目标。“英语教学法”作为培养职前英语教师的主干课程,对其学科育人能力的发展起到关键作用。基于此,本文在阐释英语教师学科育人能力内涵及要素的基础上,进一步探索如何充分发挥“英语教学法”课程及课程教师的中介作用,通过显性与隐性的手段有效推动职前英语教师学科育人能力的形成与发展,为职前英语教师学科育人能力培养提供可借鉴的操作路径。
In the context of“fostering virtue through education”,the cultivation of disciplinary educational competence has become an important goal of pre-service English teacher education.Against this backdrop,“ELT Methodology”,as a main course for pre-service English teachers,plays a key role in the development of their disciplinary educational competence.This paper first elaborates on the connotation and elements of English teachers’disciplinary educational competence,and then explores how to fully utilize the mediating role of“ELT Methodology”course and the course teacher in promoting such competence through both explicit and implicit means.It intends to provide practical guidelines for the cultivation of pre-service English teachers’disciplinary educational competence.
