摘要
环境卫生学是高等教育预防医学专业的一门必修课,是揭示环境与人体健康关系的科学,该课程不仅是预防医学专业学生今后工作所需,也是大多数医学院校研究生入学考试卫生综合科目中的必考内容,学生需要重视和努力学好这门课程。良好的环境卫生学教学质量有助于公共卫生和预防医学人才的培养。传统的教学模式以教师讲授为主,学生的积极性得不到充分发挥。案例教学能够帮助学生建立跨学科的知识结构,强化学生主动参与学习的行为,提高环境卫生学教学质量。建设一个稳定、高效、时效性好的教学案例库是开展案例教学的基础,本文根据环境卫生学专业的教学实践,构建了教学案例库,并对其实际教学效果进行了初步评估。该研究对于提高环境卫生学教学水平和学生综合素质具有重要的参考价值。
Environmental hygiene is a compulsory course in higher education for the specialty of preventive medicine.It is a scientific field that investigates and reveals the relationship between the environment and human health.This course is not only necessary for the future work of students majoring in preventive medicine but also a required subject in the comprehensive hygiene examination for most medical colleges’postgraduate entrance exams.Students need to pay attention to and strive to excel in this course.Good teaching quality of environmental hygiene contributes to the training of public health and preventive medicine professionals.The traditional teaching model,which primarily relies on lectures by teachers,does not fully engage student enthusiasm.Case-based teaching can help students establish interdisciplinary knowledge structures,strengthen their active participation in learning,and improve the teaching quality of environmental health science.Building a stable,efficient,and timely case database is fundamental for carrying out case-based teaching.Based on the teaching practice of the environmental hygiene specialty at a certain university,this study constructs a teaching case library and conducts a preliminary assessment of its actual teaching effectiveness.This study holds significant reference value for enhancing the teaching level of environmental hygiene majors and the comprehensive quality of students.
