盾构机始发后姿态二次匹配应用研究

摘要 盾构施工管片成型质量的好坏直接影响到隧道的安全性、稳定性和使用寿命。盾构机姿态二次匹配是将盾构导向系统实时监控和记录的数据与成型管片姿态测量数据进行比较分析,计算出盾构机实际与预设姿态之间的差值,重新对盾构姿态进行修正,使盾构机姿态回归到预设的理想状态。为判断是否需要进行姿态二次匹配,需通过主动采取一系列施工质量控制措施来排除干扰。以合肥市轨道交通6号线丰乐河路站-蜀山南站区间地铁建设项目为例,选取代表性段落进行应用研究,再通过数据统计以验证二次匹配实施效果。结果表明,盾构机始发后进行姿态二次匹配可减少管片破损数量,对降低施工成本意义重大。 In shield tunnel construction,the forming quality of segment directly affects the safety,stability and service life of tunnel.The secondary attitude matching of shield machine is to compare the real-time monitoring and recording data of the shield machine guidance system with the attitude measurement data of the shaped segment,and to calculate the difference between the actual and the preset attitude of the shield machine,the attitude of shield machine is revised again to make the attitude of shield machine return to the preset ideal state.In order to determine whether secondary attitude matching is necessary,a series of construction quality control measures should be taken to eliminate interference.Taking the subway construction project between Fenglehe Road Station and Shushan South Station of Hefei Rail Transit Line 6 as an example,this paper selects representative paragraphs for application research and subsequently verifies the actual effect of the match through the data statistics.The results show that the secondary attitude matching after the start of shield machine can reduce the number of segment damage,which is of great significance for reducing construction costs.
