摘要
冷却装置是有机硅合成设备的重要组成部分,针对现有冷却塔中冷却装置工作效率低、冷却水消耗量大、污染重、能耗高等问题。研究拟在冷却装置冷却-回收效率评定的基础上,通过多级喷淋和打散雾化系统优化其整体结构。结果表明,气态硅原料快速转换为液态并存储到接收管内部,提高有机硅的生产效率;通过碱液循环喷淋泵的反复抽取,减少气体污染,实现冷却效率提升与生产成本节约,其研究成果将为新型冷却装置研发提供较好的技术参考。
The cooling device is an important component of organosilicone synthesis equipment.For the problems of low efficiency of cooling device,high consumption of cooling water,heavy pollution and high energy consumption in the existing cooling tower,based on the cooling device cooling-recovery efficiency evaluation,this study intends to optimize its overall structure through multi-stage spraying and dispersing atomization system.The results show that the raw material of gaseous silicon is quickly converted into liquid state and stored in the inner part of receiving tube,which improves the production efficiency of silicone;It reduces the gas pollution,increases the cooling efficiency and saves the production cost by repeated extraction of lye circulating spray pump.The research findings will provide a better technical reference for the development of new type cooling device.
