摘要
目的探讨妇科腹腔镜术后康复护理中应用子午流注择时雷火灸的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年7月在平阴县中医医院行妇科腹腔镜手术的80例患者,以随机数字表法分为干预组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。两组均给予常规康复护理,对照组采用常规雷火灸,干预组采用子午流注择时雷火灸,比较两组围手术期指标及腹痛、腹胀程度。结果干预组首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间、住院时间较对照组更短(P<0.05);干预后两组视觉模拟评分法、腹胀评分降低(P<0.05),干预组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论子午流注择时雷火灸应用于妇科腹腔镜术后康复护理中,能够缩短患者恢复时间,缓解腹痛、腹胀等症状。
Objective To explore the effect of fire moxibustion based on midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery from June 2021 to July 2023 in Pingyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and they were divided into the intervention group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)by random number table method.Both groups received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,the control group was given routine fire moxibustion,while the intervention group received fire moxibustion based on midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine.The perioperative indicators,abdominal pain,and abdominal distension degree in both groups were compared.Results In terms of time of first exhaust,recovery of bowel sounds,first bowel movement,and hospital stay,in comparision of the control group,the intervention group was shorter(P<0.05).After intervention,the visual analogue scale and abdominal distension scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,the intervention group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fire moxibustion based on midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of gynecological laparoscopic surgery can shorten patient recovery time,and alleviate symptoms such as abdominal pain and abdominal distension.
