抽水蓄能机组推力轴承运行状态在线评价与故障诊断技术研究

摘要 推力轴承是机组平稳运行的关键部件,其运行状态直接影响到机组的运行安全。而抽水蓄能机组在电网中承载调节作用,近年来装机电站和容量不断增加,针对抽水蓄能机组推力轴承运行状态评价和故障诊断的技术必然会是抽水蓄能机组智能化的关键与核心。本文以仙游电站机组中的推力轴承作为研究对象,通过模糊数学理论和推力轴承运维经验,给出了评价准则计算方法,并根据运维经验,给出推力轴承故障判断逻辑,为后续抽水蓄能机组推力轴承的在线评价与故障诊断技术研究奠定了基础。 Thrust bearings are key components for the smooth operation of units,and their operational state directly affects the safe operation of units.Pumped storage units play a regulating role in the power grid.In recent years,the number and installed capacity of power stations have been increasing continuously.The technology of operational state evaluation and fault diagnosis for thrust bearings of pumped storage units will certainly be the key and core of intelligent pumped storage units.With thrust bearings of Xianyou Power Station units as the research object,this paper gives the calculation method of evaluation criteria based on fuzzy mathematic theory and thrust bearing O&M experience,and gives the fault judgment logic for thrust bearings according to the O&M experience,laying a foundation for subsequent research on online evaluation and fault diagnosis technology for thrust bearings of pumped storage units.
