摘要
作为一类起源于转座酶的转录因子, FHY3 (FAR-RED ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL 3)及其同源蛋白FAR1 (FAR-RED IMPAIRED RESPONSE 1)被普遍认为是光信号转导途径的重要组成成分之一。此类蛋白在结构上包括一个分布在N端的C2H2型锌指DNA结合域、一个分布在C端的SWIM锌指激活结构域以及核心转座酶结构域。FHY3/FAR1转录因子家族广泛参与植物体一系列生长发育过程,介导植物逆境响应,在调控生长发育维持植物内稳态中发挥重要作用。本文主要总结了近年来FHY3/FAR1转录因子家族在调控网络中的研究进展,并对该家族参与的逆境应答展开讨论,以期为相关领域的研究提供参考。
FHY3(FAR-RED ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL 3)and its homologous protein FAR1(FAR-RED IMPAIRED RESPONSE 1)are widely regarded as two important transcription factors of classical light signal transduction pathway.Three domains consist of a typical FHY3/FAR1 protein family,which is N-terminal C2H2 zinc-finger domain,C-terminal SWIM zinc-finger domain and a core transposase domain respectively.FHY3/FAR1 transcription factor family is involved in several developmental processes and responses to environmental stress,which means it plays an important role in the maintenance of plant homeostasis.In this review,we summarized research progress of FHY3/FAR1 family in recent years,and discussed more possibilities in plant stress responses.We hope this article would lay theoretical foundation for further exploring molecular mechanisms of FHY3/FAR1 family responding to environmental stress.
