摘要
目的 探讨平潭县城乡妇女“两癌”免费筛查参与度及影响因素。方法 选取2022年1月至2022年12月在平潭县城乡妇女进行“两癌”筛查的问卷调查,分析平潭县城乡妇女的参与度及其影响因素。结果 共发放6000份调查问卷,回收5998份,回收率为99.97%(5998/6000),其中有意愿参与者1561人,占比26.03%(1561/5998),其中年龄、婚姻情况、居住地、文化水平、存在乳腺癌筛查或者宫颈癌筛查史、家庭年收入差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。经过多元Logistic回归分析,结果显示35~45岁年龄(OR 1.252)、居住城镇(OR 3.927)、大专及大专以上(OR 2.380)、存在乳腺癌筛查或者宫颈癌筛查史(OR 1.669)、> 8万家庭收入(OR 5.109)均是平潭县城乡妇女“两癌”免费筛查影响因素。结论 平潭县城乡妇女“两癌”免费筛查参与度并不高,年龄、居住城镇、文化程度高、存在乳腺癌筛查或者宫颈癌筛查史、家族史、家庭收入均是提高平潭县妇女“两癌”筛查的影响因素。
Objective To explore the participation rate and influencing factors of free screening for "two cancers" among urban women in Pingtan County.Methods A questionnaire survey of "two cancers" screening was conducted among urban women in Pingtan County from January 2022 to December 2022 to analyze the participation of urban women in Pingtan County and its influencing factors.Results A total of 6000 questionnaires were sent out,and 5998 were recovered,with a recovery rate of 99.97%(5998/6000).Among them,1561 were willing participants,accounting for 26.03%(1561/5998).There were significant differences in age,marital status,place of residence,educational level,breast cancer screening or cervical cancer detection history,and family annual income(P<0.05).Through multiple logistic regression analysis,the results showed that the age of 35-45 years old(OR 1.252),town of residence(OR 3.927),the high education level of junior college and above(OR 2.380),the presence of breast cancer screening or cervical cancer screening history(OR 1.669),and the family income of more than 80000(OR 5.109) were all the influencing factors of free screening for "two cancers" of urban women in Pingtan County.Conclusions The participation rate of free screening for "two cancers" in urban women in Pingtan County is not high.Age,town of residence,high education level,history of breast cancer screening or cervical cancer detection,family history and family income are all influencing factors to improve the screening of "two cancers" in urban women in Pingtan County.
