摘要
目的:调查老年类风湿关节炎患者家庭复原力、主观幸福感水平现状及其影响因素,并探讨两者的相关性,为提高老年类风湿关节炎患者家庭康复效果提供参考。方法:采用研究者自行设计的一般资料调查表、家庭复原力评定量表及纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表对贵州中医药大学第二附属医院的198例老年类风湿关节炎患者进行调查。结果:老年类风湿关节炎患者家庭复原力得分为(194.69±20.96)分,多元线性回归分析表明,居住地、家庭月收入及病程为其主要影响因素(P<0.05);主观幸福感得分为(33.08±1.89)分,多元线性回归分析表明,年龄、家庭月收入为其主要影响因素(P<0.05)。家庭复原力总分及家庭信念、家庭力量得分均与主观幸福感总分、正性因子得分呈正相关,与负性因子得分呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:老年类风湿关节炎患者家庭复原力、主观幸福感呈中等水平,且两者显著相关。医护人员应根据患者自身情况为其提供个性化家庭康复护理干预,以提高其家庭复原力与主观幸福感水平。
Objective:To investigate the current status and influencing factors of family resilience and subjective well-being levels in elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis,as well as their correlation,in order to provide reference for improving the family rehabilitation effect of such patients.Methods:A survey was conducted on 198 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine using a self-designed general information questionnaire,the family resilience assessment scale,and the Newfoundland Memorial University happiness scale.Results:The family resilience score of above elderly patients was(194.69±20.96).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that place of residence,monthly family income,and disease duration were the main influencing factors(P<0.05).The subjective well-being score was(33.08±1.89),and multiple linear regression analysis showed that age and monthly family income are the main influencing factors(P<0.05).The total score of family resilience,family belief,and family strength are positively correlated with the total score of subjective well-being and positive factor scores,and negatively correlated with negative factor scores(P<0.01).Conclusion:The family resilience and subjective well-being of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis are at a moderate level,and they are significantly correlated.Medical staff should provide personalized home rehabilitation nursing interventions for patients based on their own conditions to improve their family resilience and subjective well-being levels.
