摘要
全球化时代的到来让文化遗产保护成为日益热门的话题。社区参与是文化遗产保护的有效路径已成为共识,是当下文化遗产保护研究的热点和前沿领域,对其进行系统性的综述研究,对文化遗产保护的理论体系构建和保护规划编制具有重要意义。通过梳理国内外社区参与文化遗产保护政策法规、分析实践案例特征、追踪相关学术文献,对社区参与文化遗产保护的概念范畴、实践途径与发展趋势进行总结。归纳表现为:(1)在概念范畴方面,明确参与主体为社区居民,参与内容为遗产保护全过程,参与机制以引导居民主动参与为核心,与利益保障机制、法律法规保障机制、沟通机制和教育机制协同制定;(2)在实践途径方面,呈现出参与机制“从单一转向多元”、参与主体“从象征性参与转向事实性参与”的特征;(3)在发展趋势方面,社区参与文化遗产保护在内涵、时间、空间上趋于完整与连续。研究热点分布在参与对象、参与意义、可持续参与3个方面,它们之间互为支撑,形成了以认知为基础、以可持续发展为引导的较为成熟的研究范式。
The arrival of the globalization era has made cultural heritage protection an increasingly popular topic.Community participation has become a consensus that it is an effective path for cultural heritage protection,and it is also a hot and cutting-edge field in current research on cultural heritage protection.A systematic review and research on it is of great significance for the theoretical system construction and protection planning of cultural heritage protection.This article summarizes the conceptual categories,practical approaches,and development trends of community participation in cultural heritage protection research by reviewing policies and regulations on community participation in cultural heritage protection at home and abroad,studying the characteristics of practical cases,and tracking relevant academic literature.It can be summarized as follows.First,in terms of conceptual categories,it is clear that the participating subjects are community residents,and the participation content is the entire process of heritage protection.The participation mechanism needs to be centered on promoting residents'active participation,and formulated in coordination with interest protection mechanisms,legal and regulatory protection mechanisms,communication mechanisms,and education mechanisms.Second,in terms of practical approaches,there are characteristics of the participation mechanism shifting from a single to multiple,with the participating subjects shifting from symbolic participation to factual participation.Third,in terms of development trends,community participation in cultural heritage protection is becoming more complete and more continuous in terms of connotation,time,and space.The research hotspots are distributed in three aspects:participants,participation significance,and sustainable participation,which support one another and form a relatively mature research paradigm based on cognition and guided by sustainable development.
