摘要
数字金融将传统金融与数字结合起来,能够极大地降低交易成本,扩大服务范围,降低服务门槛,提升金融服务的普惠性,将产业链上下游企业串联起来,激发产业链活力,带动整个产业链创新升级。同时,数字金融能够拓宽产业链的融资渠道,提高产业链运行效率,使金融更好地为产业链价值提升赋能。本文分析了数字金融对产业链的影响表现,阐述了数字金融在经济发展、区域协调、产业调整及居民消费等方面能够为产业链发展提供内在动力,进一步分析了当前数字金融在支持产业链发展方面存在的监管层面、数据管理、平台搭建以及人才支撑等现实困境,并提出针对性的建议。
Digital finance combines traditional finance with digital technology,which can greatly reduce transaction costs,expand service scope,lower service barriers,enhance the inclusivity of financial services,connect upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain,stimulate the vitality of the industrial chain,and drive innovation and upgrading of the entire industrial chain.At the same time,digital finance can broaden the financing channels of the industrial chain,improve the operational efficiency of the industrial chain,and enable finance to better empower the value enhancement of the industrial chain.This paper analyzes the impact of digital finance on the industrial chain,elaborates on the inherent driving force that digital finance can provide for the development of the industrial chain in terms of economic development,regional coordination,industrial adjustment,and resident consumption.It further analyzes the current regulatory difficulties,data management,platform construction,and talent support that digital finance faces in supporting the development of the industrial chain,and proposes targeted suggestions.
