摘要
党的十八大以来,在全面从严治党的伟大实践中,中国共产党围绕“为什么要自我革命”“为什么能自我革命”“怎样推进自我革命”等系列问题,进行持续的实践探索和理论思考,形成了习近平总书记关于党的自我革命的重要思想。本文认为,深入理解习近平总书记关于党的自我革命的重要思想,需要从时代性、体系性、实践性三个方面系统把握。时代性体现了习近平总书记深刻的问题意识,立足世界之变、时代之变、历史之变深刻回答中国共产党为什么要进行自我革命。体系性体现了习近平总书记深刻的系统思维,“九个以”的提出从内容到逻辑相互衔接、层层递进。实践性体现了习近平总书记对抓落实的重视,实践是检验真理的唯一标准,更是不断深化对党的自我革命的规律性认识,把党的自我革命的思路、举措、环节抓具体、抓深入的重要方法。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress,in the great practice of full and rigorous self-govern-ance,the CPC,with a focus on major issues such as"why is self-reform needed""why self-reform can"how to conduct self-reform",has achieved continuous practical exploration and theoretical innovation,and formed General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Thoughts on the Party's Self-reform.In order to deeply understand the important thoughts,this paper holds that a systematic grasp is needed from three aspects:timeliness,systematicness,and practicality.The timeli-ness reflects General Secretary Xi Jinping's profound awareness ofproblems,and answers whythe Communist Party of China should carry out self-revo-lution based on the changes of the world,the changes of the times and the changes of history.The systematic-ness reflects General Secretary Xi Jinping's profound system thinking,and his proposal of nine practical re-quirements of the Party's self-reform are connected with each other from content to logic.Practicality reflects General Secretary Xi Jinping's emphasis on im-plementation,practice is the only standard for testing truth,and it is an important method to continuously deepen the understanding of the regularity of the Party's self-reform,and grasp the specific and in-depth ide-as,measures and links of the Party's self-reform.
