摘要
目的探讨手术室路径式护理在心血管介入治疗患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月—2023年8月在锦州医科大学附属第一医院行介入手术治疗的心血管疾病患者102例,随机分为传统组和观察组各51例。传统组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予手术室路径式护理干预,比较两组患者的护理干预效果。结果观察组各项护理质量评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组西雅图心绞痛生存质量量表各项评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间和再住院率小于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心血管介入治疗患者应用手术室路径式护理干预,能显著提高护理质量,促进术后恢复,降低并发症发生率和再住院率,并缩短住院时间。
Objective To explore the application effect of operating room pathway nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing cardiovascular intervention treatment.Methods A total of 102 patients with cardiovascular diseases who underwent interventional surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into traditional group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The traditional group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given operating room routing nursing intervention.The nursing effectiveness between the two groups was compared.Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The Seattle angina questionnaire scores of the observation group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and readmission rate of the observation group were less than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of operating room routing nursing intervention for cardiovascular interventional patients can significantly improve the quality of nursing,promote postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and re-hospitalization rate,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
