摘要
“现代工程测试技术”是国内部分高校工科类专业的本科生所必修的一门课程。目前,该课程存在实验对象形式简单、测试方法单一等问题。针对以上问题,开展了以学为中心的实验教学探索。分别设计了一种环形和一种弧形机翼结构模型代替原有的悬臂直梁式机翼结构模型作为实验对象,在原应变测量的基础上增加了使用激光位移传感器和数字图像相关(Digital Image Correlation,DIC)方法进行位移测量、有限元模拟三部分内容。学生对新的机翼结构模型表现出了较大的好奇心,新增的实验方法和有限元模拟也进一步丰富了该课程的教学内容。通过这些探索,可以使学生掌握新的测试方法,调动其课堂积极性和主动性,增强其运用所学理论解决实际问题的能力,显著提升教学效果和质量。
Modern engineering measurement technology is an obligatory course for undergraduates majoring in engineering in some domestic universities.At present,there are some problems in this course,such as the simple form of experimental objects and the single testing method.In view of the above problems,an exploration on learning-centered experimental teaching is carried out.An annular and an arc wing structure model are designed to replace the original cantilever straight beam wing structure model as the experimental object.On the basis of the original strain measurement,three parts of displacement measurement using laser displacement sensor and Digital Image Correlation(DIC)method and finite element simulation are added.The students showed great curiosity about the new wing structure models,and the new experimental methods and finite element simulation also further enriched the teaching content of this course.Through these explorations,students can master new testing methods,mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative in class,enhance their ability to solve practical problems with the theory they have learned,and significantly improve the teaching effect and quality.
