摘要
信息不对称普遍存在于供应链成员企业之间,对供应链运作决策带来了重要影响.处于供应链上游的供方是原材料供应和产品生产的关键主体,掌握着众多生产运作信息,从而与下游购买商之间会存在信息不对称.从实践和理论2个层面出发梳理了供方拥有的私有信息类型,并基于文献计量方法分析了供方拥有私有信息供应链的研究现状和发展趋势.进一步讨论了供方拥有私有信息供应链的建模特征,重点关注信息甄别和信号传递模型.分析了供方拥有私有信息时供应链成员的决策行为,总结了供方拥有私有信息时的契约设计方案.结合供货能力不确定和决策者风险态度等实际问题,从4个方面提出了未来研究工作的展望.
Information asymmetry commonly exists among supply chain members,which has an important impact on the supply chain’s operations.The supply side usually acts as the raw material supplier or product manufacturer and possesses private operational information,which leads to information asymmetry between the supply side and downstream buyer.This paper summarizes the types of private information that the supply side may hold from both practical and theoretical perspectives and analyzes the research status and trend in supply chains where the supply side possesses private information,based on the bibliometric method.The paper then discusses the modelling features of the supply chain when the supply side holds private information,focusing on the information screening and signaling models.The supply chain members’decision-makings are discussed and contract design schemes are summarized.Finally,considering the practical problems such as supply capability uncertainty and decisionmakers’risk attitudes,this paper outlines future research prospects from four aspects.
