摘要
为降低制浆造纸产业用电成本,帮助其更好地实现绿色可持续发展,以制浆造纸工业园区为例,构建了一种针对造纸产业的微电网多层模型。该模型的电能侧以燃气轮机和分布式发电机组为核心进行供电;热能侧则主要借助电锅炉与余热锅炉互补的形式进行储热和供热。对该模型的实际工作水平进行测试,结果表明:该模型与传统的造纸工业园区能源系统相比具有规划结果更准确、节能效果更显著等优势,可以更好地实现造纸工业园区的节能、降耗、减排等。
In order to reduce the power cost of pulp and paper industry and help it achieve better green and sustainable development,a multi-layer microgrid model for paper industry was constructed by taking pulp and paper industry park as an example.The power side of the model is powered by gas turbines and distributed generator sets.The thermal energy side mainly uses the complementary form of electric boiler and waste heat boiler for heat storage and heating.The actual working level of the model is tested,and the results show that compared with the traditional energy system of paper industry park,the model has the advantages of more accurate planning results and more significant energy saving effect,and can better realize the energy saving,consumption reduction and emission reduction of paper industry park.
