摘要
目的:探讨保元汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤治疗射血分数降低心力衰竭患者的效果。方法:选择2022年7月—2023年12月肇庆市中医院治疗的60例HFrEF患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组给予西药基础治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用保元汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤,比较两组临床效果、超声心动图指标、心功能指标、生活质量及不良反应。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组治疗后左心室收缩末期内经(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内经(LVEDD)及N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组,两组左室射血分数(LVEF)较治疗前升高,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组身体领域、情绪领域和其他领域评分较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:HFrEF患者采用保元汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤治疗效果显著,可有效改善心功能,提升左心功能,安全性好。
Objective:To explore the effect of Baoyuan Decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction in the treatment of patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF).Method:A total of 60 patients with HFrEF who treated in Zhaoqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment of western medicine,the experimental group was treated with Baoyuan Decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction on the basis of the control group,the clinical effect,echocardiographic indexes,cardiac function indexes,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of physical fields,emotional fields and other fields in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Baoyuan Decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction is effective in the treatment of patients with HFrEF,which can effectively improve cardiac function and improve left ventricular function,with good safety.
