高密度电法监测离子型稀土矿母液流向的现场应用

On Site Application of High−density Electrical Method for Monitoring the Flow Direction of Ionic Rare Earth Ore Mother Liquor

摘要 离子吸附型稀土矿原地浸矿开采过程中母液的流向始终没有得到有效的监测,由于母液流向不明造成的稀土回收率降低和次生地质灾害等问题给矿山绿色高效开采带来严峻挑战。通过在定南三丘田某离子型稀土矿块原地浸矿开采过程采用高密度电法不间断观测,利用地层电阻率随时间的变化规律模拟母液渗透过程,实现母液流向监测。结果表明,矿山母液渗流区电阻率持续降低,基岩以及渗漏底板电阻率保持不变,低阻延伸方向则为母液流向,通过多次观测即可实现母液流向的动态模拟。该方法监测效果良好,能有效指导注、收液系统的布置,提高稀土回收率,实现母液回收过程“可视化”,助力离子吸附型稀土绿色高效开发。 In−situ leaching process of ion adsorption rare earth ore mother liquor flow direction has not been effectively monitored,the decrease of rare earth recovery rate and secondarygeological disasters caused by the unknown mother liquor flow have brought serious challenges to environmentally friendly and efficient mining.The in−situ leaching process of an ion−type rare earth ore block in Sanqiutian,Dingnan County,was continuously monitored by high−density electrical method to realize mother liquor flow direction monitoring.The results showed that the resistivity of mother liquor in the seepage area of the mine continuously decreased,while the resistivity of the bedrock and the seepage floor remained unchanged,and the direction of low resistance extension was the mother liquor flow direction.This method can effectively guide the layout of injection and collection system,improve the recovery rate of rare earth,realize the visualization of mother liquor recovery process,and help ion adsorption rare earth to develop in a green and efficient way.
