摘要
面对全球气候变暖的严峻挑战,碳达峰和碳中和已成为国际社会的共同目标和行动指南。作为培养人才的摇篮,高等教育领域承担着为“双碳”战略实施输送高质量人才的重担,其角色至关重要且不可或缺。文章探讨了“双碳”背景下能源动力类专业高素质适配人才培养的机遇与挑战,提出了从明确培养目标、强化立德树人理念、加强节能环保意识、完善课程体系、改革教学内容与方法、推进师资队伍建设和强化学生实践与创新能力等方面进行高素质适配人才培养的有效路径,并以中国矿业大学徐海学院能源与动力工程专业为例,论证了相关路径的可行性和实效性。文章旨在为我国应用型本科院校能源动力类专业高素质适配人才培养提供有益的参考。
In the face of the severe challenge of global warming,carbon peaking,and carbon neutrality have become the common goal and action guide of the international community.As the cradle of talent training,the field of higher education bears the burden of conveying high-quality talents for implementing the“double carbon”strategy,and its role is crucial and indispensable.This paper discusses the opportunities and challenges of training qualified talents for energy and power majors under the background of“dual carbon”and puts forward an effective way to train qualified talents from the aspects of clarifying training objectives,strengthening the concept of moral cultivation,strengthening the awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection,improving the curriculum system,reforming the teaching content and methods,promoting the construction of teaching staff,and strengthening students’practical and innovative ability.Taking the major of Energy and Power Engineering at Xuhai College of China University of Mining and Technology as an example,The feasibility and effectiveness of the relevant paths are demonstrated.The purpose is to provide a useful reference for the training of qualified talents for energy and power majors in application-oriented undergraduate colleges in China.
