地球科学领域中国科学家国际科技组织任职特征分析与思考 被引量:1

Analysis and Reflection on the Characteristics of the Tenure of Chinese Scientists in the Field of Geoscience

摘要 [目的/意义]国际科技组织作是国际合作的重要平台,探析中国科学家在地球科学领域国际科技组织任职特征可以为我国人才职业发展和培养方案提供指导和理论支撑。[方法/过程]该研究基于地球科学领域两院院士、杰青获得者以及长江特聘教授为研究样本,从任职数量、年龄结构、依托机构和任职结构等视角分析国际科技组织中国科学家的群体特征。[结果/结论]研究结果显示:(1)在地球科学领域国际科技组织中,我国的参与人数不足、参与程度不深;(2)我国国际科技组织任职人才队伍年龄集中在41~50岁之间;(3)国际科技组织任职人才主要集中在地球科学领域学科优势高校和中科院科研院所。本研究揭示了我国在国际任职上存在主导权薄弱以及人才培养不足等问题,弥补了国际人才研究空缺。 [Objective/Significance]International science and technology organizations are an important platform for international cooperation.Analyzing the characteristics of Chinese scientists in international science and technology organizations can provide guidance and theoretical support for the career development and training program of talents in the field of earth science in China.[Method/Process]Based on the research samples of academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering in the field of earth science,as well as winners of outstanding youth funds and special professors of the Yangtze River,this study analyzes the group characteristics of Chinese scientists of international science and technology organizations from the perspectives of number of posts,age structure,relying institutions and tenure structure.[Results/Conclusions]The results show that:(1)In the field of earth science,the number of participants in international scientific and technological organizations is relatively small;(2)The age of talents in international scientific and technological organizations is concentrated between 41 and 50 years old;and(3)The talents in the field of earth science are mainly concentrated in colleges and universities with advantages in the field of earth science and scientific research institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.This study reveals that there are some problems in China's international service,such as weak leadership and insufficient talent training,which makes up for the gap in the field of international talent research.
