摘要
新时代中国外语教育站在了新起点,“新文科”建设和“大外语”理念对外语学科发展和外语人才培养提出了新的要求,也为我国外语教育的内涵式发展提供了广阔的空间。新时代要求外语教育培养服务国家战略与社会发展的复合型国际化人才。法律英语是外语专业主动适应国家需求、服务社会发展的具体体现,其人才培养具有复合型、应用性、国际化的特点,符合新时代对外语人才培养的要求。新时代的法律英语是涉外法治人才培养的落脚点,能有力助推“一带一路”国际合作机制建设落地生根,是讲好中国法治故事、塑造中国法治形象的重要抓手,也有助于提升学生的综合素养,帮助人们过好外语生活。
In the new era,China's foreign language education has stood at a new starting point.The construction of"new liberal arts"and the concept of"big foreign languages"have put forward new requirements for the development of foreign language disciplines and the cultivation of foreign language talents,and have also provided a broad space for the connotative development of foreign language education in China.The new era requires foreign language education to cultivate international talents that are compound and serve national strategies.Legal English is a concrete manifestation of foreign language majors actively adapting to national needs and serving social development.It intends to cultivate compound,applied and international talents,which meet the requirements of foreign language talents training in the new era.In the new era,legal English is the foothold of foreign-related legal talents training,and it can effectively promote the implementation of the"Belt and Road"initiatives.In addition,legal English is an important starting point to tell the story of China's rule of law and shape the image of China's rule of law,and it also helps to improve students'comprehensive quality and help people live a good foreign language life.
