医院一体化病理信息平台的设计与应用

摘要 设计并应用一体化病理信息平台,降低临床标本与病理科样本追溯难度,实现病理技术流程精细化管理,减少科室报告打印量,患者死亡时通知病理科,完善病理收费模式,优化患者体验。建设病理信息平台,阐述平台整体设计与功能,包括申请单开立、标本运送、标本处理、报告发布、病理技术流程管理、报告推送、自助打印与补收费等。实现病理流程闭环,2023年12月25日至2024年1月24日,累计有10094条病理检查记录,闭环率达到84.17%,提高病理科工作效率,减少标本丢失情况;实现报告自助打印,节省患者时间;实现手机支付补收费用,2023年12月1日至2023年12月31日,累计完成病理补收费3166次,改善错漏收费情况;优化病理技术流程管理,精确记录操作过程,提高病理科信息化水平。该平台有利于向患者提供更便捷的医疗服务,规范化医疗流程、提升医疗质量、促进科室间业务协同并提升管理水平。 To design and apply an integrated pathology information platform.To reduce the difficulty of tracing clinical and pathological specimens,realize refined management of pathological technology process,reduce printing volume of reports,notify the pathology department when patient dies,improve the pathology charging mode and optimize patient experience.An integrated pathology information platform was built.The overall design and functionality of the platform was elaborated,in-cluding application form creation,specimen delivery,specimen processing,report publication,pathology technology process management,report push,self-service printing and supplement fees,etc.Closed-loop pathological process was implement-ed.From December 25,2023 to January 24,2024,accumulated 10094 pathological examination records were generated.The closed-loop rate had reached 84.17%.The efficiency of pathology department was improved and situation of specimen loss was decreased.Self-help report printing was implemented.Patient time of medical treatment was saved,Mobile pay-ment for supplement fees was implemented.From December 1,2023 to December 31,2023,accumulated 3166 pathological supplementary charges were completed.The situation of charging errors and omissions was improved.Pathological technology process management was optimized.Operation processes were accurately recorded.The informatization level of pathology department was improved.The platform is conducive to provide more convenient medical services to patients,standardize medical process,improve medical quality,promote interdepartmental business collaboration and improve management level.
