摘要
目的分析腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术与开放性无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者的价值。方法回顾性选取2021年1月—2024年3月江苏省兴化市中医院收治的82例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料,根据不同术式分为两组,各41例,开放组接受开放性无张力疝修补术,腹腔镜组接受腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术。对比两组围术期指标、术后并发症发生率、临床疗效。结果腹腔镜组术后首次排气时间、术中出血量、住院时间均优于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。腹腔镜组并发症发生率低于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组总有效率为100.00%(41/41),高于开放组的90.24%(37/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.205,P<0.05)。结论与开放性术式相比,腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术的效果更加确切,可改善围术期指标,有助于减少术后多种并发症,同时保证手术效果。
Objective To analyze the value of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair and open tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of patients with inguinal hernia.Methods Clinical data of 82 patients with inguinal hernia treated in Xinghua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different operation methods,with 41 cases in each group.The open group received open tension-free hernia repair,and the laparoscopic group received peritoneal peritoneal hernia repair.Perioperative indexes,incidence of postoperative complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The first postoperative exhaust time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in the laparoscopic group were better than those in the open group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in laparoscopic group was lower than that in open group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 100.00%(41/41)in the laparoscopic group,which was higher than 90.24%(37/41)in the open group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.205,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the open operation,laparoscopic transabdonminal peritoneal hernia repair is more accurate,which can improve perioperative indicators,help reduce postoperative complications,and ensure the surgical effect.
