摘要
磷化工产业是我国农业和化工工业的支柱产业,但是在从资源到产品产业链中产生了大量副产物,如磷尾矿、磷石膏、黄磷渣、萃余酸等。高效利用副产资源、挖掘利用新途径、提高废弃物利用价值是磷化工产业绿色转型和可持续发展的迫切需求。从磷化工产业全产业链的角度出发,全面剖析了从磷矿石采选到磷肥产品生产过程中主要副产物的种类、产量、特征、利用现状与问题,总结分析其在农业领域的潜在利用途径,并提出合理建议,以期为推动我国磷化工产业的绿色转型升级与工农交叉融合发展提供战略支撑。
Phosphorus chemical industry is a cornerstone of China's agricultural production and chemical industry.However,the phosphorus chemical industrial chain generates a large amount of by-products in the production process,including phosphorus tailings,phosphogypsum,yellow phosphorus slag,raffinate acid,etc.Efficient utilization of the by-products,exploring new utilization ways,and enhancing the utilization value of wastes represent the urgent need for the green transformation and sustainable development of the phosphorus chemical industry.To this end,this research takes a holistic view of the whole industrial chain of the phosphorus chemical industry,thoroughly analyzes the types,output,characteristics,utilization status and challenges with the main by-products generated from phosphorus ore quarrying to the phosphorus fertilizers production.It also summarizes potential applications of these by-products in agriculture and offers practical recommendation.This research aims to provide strategic support to the phosphorus chemical industry's green transformation,and the integration of phosphorus chemical industry and agriculture in China.
