摘要
近年来,教授印尼语、华语、英语3种语言的“三语学校”成为印度尼西亚传播华语与中华文化的新阵地,但在实现高质量发展目标过程中,表现出依赖外界、缺乏整体观与内生力的倾向。对20名三语学校相关人员进行深度访谈,借助NVivo 12软件对访谈资料进行编码分析,发现影响三语学校可持续发展的关键因素可归纳为人类系统的组织因素、个人因素和非人类系统的物质因素、意识因素。受访者多重视人类行动者,对非人类因素更强调物质因素;对于核心行动者的认定则意见不一,但无疑应确定为校长及学校管理者(华文部主任)。三语学校可持续发展存在的问题是:异质行动者间需求、视角差异大,使发展网络处于离散状态;依赖外部条件扶持、缺乏内驱力,使发展网络处于低效状态;各行动者缺乏深度合作,使发展网络处于封闭状态。为实现印尼三语学校内源性发展的路径转型,建议:强化网络“节点”,提升发展支撑力;重塑网络功能,从横向功能整合、纵向层级整合等维度增强转型发展的内驱力及效力;发展网络关系,通过跨界深度整合,建构多元协同创新机制。
In recent years,trilingual schools have become a new battlefield for spreading Mandarin and the Chinese culture in Indonesia.However,in the process of achieving high-quality development goals,these schools tend to rely on the outside world,and lack a holistic view and internal strength.In this study,in-depth interviews were conducted with 20 personnel related to these schools,and NVivo 12 software was used to code and analyze the interview data.The findings show that the key factors that affect the sustainable development of these schools include organizational and personal factors of the human system,as well as material and consciousness factors of non-human systems.Respondents place more emphasis on human actors and place greater emphasis on material factors when it comes to non-human factors.Opinions differ on the identification of the core actors,but undoubtedly principals and school administrators(Director of the Chinese Department) should be regarded as the core actors.The problem with the sustainable development of these schools is that there are significant differences in needs and perspectives among heterogeneous actors,resulting in a dispersed development network.Due to its reliance on external conditions for support and lack of internal driving force,the development network is inefficient.The lack of deep cooperation among various actors has left the development network in a closed state.To transform the endogenous development path of Indonesian trilingual schools,it is suggested that these schools should 1) strengthen the connectivity of the network and enhance the development support;2) reshape network functions and enhance the internal driving force and effectiveness of transformation and development from horizontal functional integration,vertical hierarchical integration,and other dimensions;3) develop network relationships and construct diverse collaborative innovation mechanisms through cross-border deep integration.
