数字化时代背景下职业教育课堂教学模式创新路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 数字化时代背景下,如何将数字要素融入教学,提升职业教育教学质量亟待研究。课堂是职业教育教学质量提高、人才培养质量和水平提高的主战场、主阵地,教学模式创新应当放到课堂教学的重要位置。但目前课堂教学存在偏理论知识传授轻学生自主学习培养、偏低阶思维灌输轻高阶思维培养、偏整齐划一轻学情分析等问题。分析原因主要是对职业教育教学模式的理解不足,数字化教学手段的应用不充分,教师专业素质不高,教学质量考核体系不完善。为此,亟需转变理念,做到以生为本,适应职校生发展;加强资源建设,促进以数为擎,贯穿课堂;开展课堂革命,做到以学定教,精心组织课堂教学;完善制度建设,实施以评促教,完善考核指标。 In the digital age,it is urgent to integrate digital elements into teaching and improve the quality of vocational education.Classroom teaching plays a major role in vocational education and talent training,and the innovation of teaching model should be given great importance.However,there are still some existing problems in classroom teaching,such as more emphasis on theory knowledge transfer than student independent study,neglect of students' critical thinking,focus on uniformity without considering student needs.All of these problems are due to insufficient understanding of vocational education teaching concept,inadequate application of digital teaching tools,incompetence of teachers,and incomplete teaching quality evaluation system,etc.It is suggested to innovate classroom teaching by adopting student-centered teaching concept,building digital teaching resources,organizing class activities and optimizing evaluation mechanism,etc.
