摘要
近年来胃癌发病趋于年轻化,并呈现快速进展、预后较差的特征,这一现象引起医学界对胃癌治疗策略的高度重视。早期胃癌症状不明显,临床上确诊的患者大部分为进展期胃癌,这不仅严重威胁患者的身心健康,也使治疗方案的探索变得尤为迫切。因此,寻求更加有效且安全的治疗手段成为研究的重点。本文综述和分析了近年来关于黄芪在进展期胃癌治疗中药理作用及其作用机制的文献,即在文中梳理和总结了黄芪的主要活性成分,包括多糖、黄酮、黄芪皂苷以及黄芪甲苷,并探讨了这些成分在进展期胃癌化疗、放疗和术后康复中的应用及其独特的治疗效果,讨论结果表明,黄芪具有潜在的辅助治疗作用,对进展期胃癌患者的康复过程具有积极影响。
Patients who have gastric cancer tend to be younger,and the disease has the characteristics of rapid progression and poor prognosis,which has caused the medical community to attach great importance to the treatment strategy of gastric cancer.Early gastric cancer symptoms are not obvious,and most of the patients are diagnosed clinically as stomach cancer when the disease is in advanced stage,which not only seriously threatens the physical and mental health of the patients,but also makes the exploration of treatment options particularly urgent.Therefore,the search for more effective and safer treatments has become the focus of the research.This paper systematically reviews,analyzes,and summarizes the recent literature on the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of Astragali Radix in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.The paper reviews and summarizes the main active components of the medicinal,including polysaccharides,flavonoids,astragalus saponins and astragalus IV,and discusses the application and unique therapeutic effects of these components in chemotherapy,radiotherapy and postoperative rehabilitation of advanced gastric cancer.The results show that Astragali Radix has a potential adjuvant therapeutic effect on the rehabilitation process of advanced gastric cancer patients.
