肝动脉置管定位在经颈静脉肝内门体分流术中的应用

摘要 经颈静脉肝内门体分流术(TIPS)是治疗肝硬化门静脉高压的重要手段,TIPS术中从肝静脉穿刺命中门静脉是TIPS极为关键且较难的一步,对于大量腹腔积液或肝硬化门静脉裸露的患者,穿刺失败会导致严重的并发症,术中定位显得尤为重要。为了提高安全性及有效性,本文介绍了肝动脉置管定位技术在TIPS中的应用,特别是对于肝动脉与门静脉并行的患者,在我院10例该类型患者中成功运用该技术,安全性良好,大大降低了TIPS术中穿刺的难度,并提高了手术效率。
