呼和浩特市犬猫真菌性皮肤病的流行病学调查 被引量:1

Epidemiological investigation of fungal dermatosis in canine and feline in Hohhot City

摘要 文章对2022年6月至2023年6月就诊于内蒙古呼和浩特市几所宠物医院的328例犬猫真菌性皮肤病流行病学情况进行调查,并对所得数据进行分析,以探讨该病的发生与性别、年龄、发病季节、品种等因素的关系。结果显示:一年内几所宠物医院犬猫真菌性皮肤病的发病率占就诊总病例数的8.42%,其中猫真菌性皮肤病病例数为158例,占猫总皮肤病病例的75.6%;犬真菌性皮肤病病例数为170例,占犬总皮肤病病例的54.8%。犬、猫真菌性皮肤病雌雄比例分别为81:89、52:106;1岁龄左右的犬、猫更易患真菌性皮肤病,分别占该物种皮肤病病例总数的25.3%、61.4%;犬在夏季高发真菌性皮肤病,而猫以春季高发;品种上犬以金毛犬、中华田园犬、法国斗牛犬多发,猫以英国短毛猫和布偶猫高发。研究表明,犬、猫的真菌性皮肤病在本地的流行趋势表现出幼龄动物更易发病,且发病情况与季节和品种均存在一定的关系,需要根据这些因素做到有针对性的预防,以此降低犬猫真菌性皮肤病的发病率。 This article investigates the epidemiological situation of 328 cases of fungal dermatosis in canine and feline that visited several pet hospitals in Hohhot City,Inner Mongolia,from June 2022 to June 2023.The data obtained were analyzed to explore the relationship between the occurrence of the disease and factors such as gender,age,season of onset,and breed.The results showed that the incidence rate of fungal dermatosis in canine and feline accounted for 8.42%of the total number of cases seen in a year,with 158 cases in feline,representing 75.6%of the total feline dermatosis cases,and 170 cases in canine,representing 54.8%of the total canine dermatosis cases.The male-to-female ratio for canine and feline fungal dermatosis was 81:89 and 52:106,respectively.Canine and feline at the age of one year were more susceptible to fungal dermatosis,accounting for 25.3%and 61.4%of the total number of dermatosis cases of this species,respectively.Canine were more likely to develop fungal dermatosis in summer,while feline were more likely in spring.In terms of breed,Golden Retrievers,Chinese Rural Dogs,and French Bulldogs were more prone to fungal dermatosis in canine,while British Shorthairs and Ragdolls were more susceptible in feline.The study indicates that the prevalence of fungal dermatosis in canine and feline in the local area tends to affect younger animals more,and the occurrence of the disease is related to season and breed,requiring targeted prevention measures to reduce the incidence of fungal dermatosis in canine and feline.
