含钛高炉渣制备硅基TiO_(2)光催化剂及其性能研究

摘要 以含钛高炉渣为原料,采用水热法-酸解-煅烧工艺合成了亚微米片状结构硅基TiO_(2)光催化剂,研究了酸解反应浓度、酸解反应时间、光催化剂投加量及光照条件对其催化性能的影响。结果表明:当酸解反应浓度为1.2mol/L、酸解反应时间为5h、光催化剂投加量为20mg时,紫外灯照射60min后亚甲基蓝降解率最高可达97.28%,可见光照射120min后亚甲基蓝降解率最高可达77.85%。 Using titanium-containing furnace slag as the raw material,a submicron sheet-like silicon-based titanium dioxide photocatalyst was synthesized by hydrothermal-acidification-calcination process.The effects of acid hydrolysis reaction concentration,acid hydrolysis reaction time,photocatalyst dosage,and light conditions on the catalytic performance were studied.The results showed that when the acid hydrolysis concentration was 1.2mol/L,the acid hydrolysis reaction time was 5h,and the amount of photocatalyst was 20mg,the methylene blue degradation rate was up to 97.28%after 60min under UV irradiation,and the methylene blue removal rate was up to 77.85%after 120min under visible light irradiation.
