摘要
为了降低煤化工产品生产过程中对自然环境的破坏,以某煤化工企业为例,介绍一种VOCs污染治理方案。首先,简单介绍了某化工企业的基本情况,并阐述了该企业VOCs排放现状,进而以此为基础,针对甲醇废气产生原理与特点,确定了VOCs污染治理内容,并设计出相应的治理方案最后,通过实践应用分析的方式,验证了该治理方案的影响效果。通过实践应用分析可以发现,该治理方案VOCs去除效率提升到了97%左右,表明该治理方案更加良好,有利于降低煤化工产品生产时对自然环境的破坏。
In order to reduce the damage to the natural environment during the production process of coal chemical products,a VOCs pollution control plan is introduced using a coal chemical enterprise as an example.Firstly,the basic situation of a certain chemical enterprise was briefly introduced,and the current status of VOCs emissions in the enterprise was elaborated.Based on this,the VOCs pollution control content was determined according to the principle and characteristics of methanol waste gas generation,and corresponding control plans were designed.Finally,the impact and effect of the control plan were verified through practical application analysis.Through practical application analysis,it can be found that the VOCs removal efficiency of this treatment plan has been improved to about 97%,indicating that this treatment plan is more effective and conducive to reducing the damage to the natural environment during the production of coal chemical products.
