摘要
目的:观察在急性缺血性脑卒中患者血管内介入治疗中采取围术期标准化护理的价值。方法:选取2021年4月至2023年3月青岛市城阳区人民医院实施血管内介入治疗的78例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,通过抽签法分为对照组和实验组,各39例。对照组实施围术期常规护理,实验组实施围术期标准化护理流程,比较两组患者组间机体功能、生活质量、并发症。结果:护理前,两组机体功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验组患者神经功能分低于对照组,运动功能分高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急性缺血性脑卒中患者血管内介入治疗中实施围术期标准化护理,可以增强神经功能和运动功能,改善生活质量,还有助于减少并发症。
Objective:To observe the value of perioperative standardized nursing in intravascular interventional therapy of acute ischemic stroke patients.Methods:A total of 78 patients with acute ischemic stroke who received intravascular interventional therapy in Qingdao Chengyang People’s Hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group with 39 cases in each group by drawing lots.The control group implemented perioperative routine nursing,the experimental group implemented perioperative standardized nursing procedures,and the body function,quality of life and complications between the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in body function between the two groups(P﹥0.05).After nursing,the neurological function score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the motor function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of perioperative standardized nursing in the intravascular interventional therapy of acute ischemic stroke patients can enhance nerve function and motor function,improve quality of life,and help reduce complications.
