摘要
目的 探讨循经筋针灸法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月龙岩市中医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症的患者120例为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,各60例。其中,对照组行牵引疗法,观察组加用循经筋针灸,对比两组患者的治疗疗效、血液流变学、疼痛情况、腰椎功能与治疗安全性。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(57/60),高于对照组的76.67%(46/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.292,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的全血高/低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数与视觉模拟疼痛评分均低于对照组,日本骨科协会评估治疗评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.527、5.018、4.133、14.343、6.985,P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 循经筋针灸法可改善腰椎间盘突出症患者血液流变学与腰椎功能,减轻患者疼痛度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of meridian sinew acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc her⁃niation.Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Longyan Hospital of TCM Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects and di⁃vided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.Among them,the control group received traction therapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with meridian sinew acupuncture.The therapeutic effects,hemorheology,low back pain lumbar function and treatment safety of the two groups were com⁃pared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%(57/60),which was higher than 76.67%(46/60)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.292,P<0.05).After treat⁃ment,the whole blood high/low shear viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,and Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.527,5.018,4.133,14.343,6.985,all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Meridian sinew acupuncture can improve the hemorheology and lumbar function of pa⁃tients with lumbar disc herniation and reduce the pain degree of patients.
