摘要
目的探究糖尿病肾病早期诊断中血尿素(serum urea,Sur)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、胱抑素C(cystatin C,CysC)、尿微量白蛋白(urinary microalbumin,mAlb)联合检验的应用价值。方法选取2022年2月—2024年2月泉州市光前医院收治的50例糖尿病肾病(研究组)及50例单纯糖尿病(对照组)患者为研究对象,均接受CysC、Sur、Scr、mAlb单独及联合检验,比较两组患者上述指标水平,通过描绘受试者操作特征(re⁃ceiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线分析上述指标单独及联合检验在糖尿病肾病诊断中的应用价值。结果研究组Scr、Sur、CysC、mAlb水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合检验的曲线下面积高于CysC、Scr、mAlb、Sur指标单独检验。结论糖尿病肾病早期诊断中CysC、Scr、Sur及mAlb联合检验的诊断价值高于CysC、Scr、mAlb、Sur单独检验,可将联合检验作为早期诊断方法。
Objective To explore the application value of combined testing of serum urea(Sur),serum creatinine(Scr),cystatin C(CysC),and urinary microalbumin(mAlb)in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Fifty patients with diabetic nephropathy(study group)and 50 patients with simple diabetes(control group)admitted to Quanzhou Guangqian Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.CysC,Sur,Scr and mAlb were tested separately and jointly to compare the levels of the above indexes between the two groups.Using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve to analyze the application value of the above indicators in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy alone and in combination.Results The levels of Scr,Sur,CysC,and mAlb in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The area under the curve of the combined test was higher than that of CysC,Scr,mAlb,and Sur tested separately.Conclusion In the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,the diagnostic value of combined testing of CysC,Scr,Sur,and mAlb is higher than that of CysC,Scr,mAlb,Sur alone,and the combined test can be used as an the early diagno-sis method.
