摘要
公安院校思想政治教育既具有普通高等院校的共性特征,又具有政治要求高、职业特色显著、纪律规范严格、时代特征鲜明等特征。新时代公安院校思想政治教育工作仍然存在教育理念相对滞后、聚焦警察职业不足、教育方式方法创新不够、系统协同不足等实践问题,要从坚持政治建校、加强基层党组织建设、强化思政教育体系建设、构建警察职业素养培育体系、加强技术更新等方面着手,探索构建新时代公安思想政治教育模式。
The ideological and political education in police colleges not only has the common characteristics of civil universities,but also has high political requirements,remarkable professional peculiarities,strict discipline and clear features of the times.However,the ideological and political education work in police colleges still has some practical difficulties in the new era,such as relatively lagging ideas,insufficient support for the goal of personnel training,lack of innovation in ways and methods,and insufficient of systematic thinking,etc.It is necessary to explore the construction of the ideological and political education model of public security in the new era by adhering to the political school construction,strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations and ideological and political education system,building the police professional quality cultivation system,and promoting the technical update.
