各国再生混凝土弹性模量公式误差对比及计算方法研究

摘要 再生混凝土力学性能参数的确定对再生混凝土的推广使用至关重要,但各国规范中仅对普通混凝土的性能提出了一些经验公式估算,对再生混凝土并无详细规定。弹性模量是再生混凝土的重要力学指标,为了明确再生混凝土的弹性模量计算方法,现对比7个国家的规范标准(TS 500、ACI 318M-05、CSA A23.3-04、SP 52-101-2003、EN 1992-1-1、DB11/T 803和AS-3600-2001)公式对已有的试验数据进行预测结果,对比分析发现,TS 500、DB11/T 803和EN-1992-1-1高估了弹性模量,美国规范ACI318较为接近。因此考虑各国规范的优缺点,提出了一个新的公式推导了再生混凝土弹性模量,取得了较好结果。为再生混凝土结构的工程应用提供一定的参考价值。 The determination of mechanical performance parameters of recycled concrete is crucial for the promotion and use of recycled concrete.However,in various national standards,only empirical formulas are proposed to estimate the performance of ordinary concrete,and there are no detailed regulations on recycled concrete.Elastic modulus is an important mechanical index of recycled concrete.In order to clarify the calculation method of elastic modulus of recycled concrete,the prediction results of the formulas in seven national standards(TS 500,ACI 318M-05,CSA A23.3-04,SP 52-101-2003,EN 1992-1-1,DB11/T 803,and AS-3600-2001)on existing experimental data were compared and analyzed.Comparative analysis shows that TS 500,DB11/T 803,and EN-1992-1-1 overestimate the elastic modulus,while the American specification ACI318 is closer.Therefore,considering the advantages and disadvantages of regulations in various countries,a new formula was proposed to derive the elastic modulus of recycled concrete,which achieved good results,and provides certain reference value for the engineering application of recycled concrete structures.
