摘要
目的:研究基于同理心思维模式的心理护理在原发性高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年3月于潮州市人民医院接受治疗的100例原发性高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者为研究对象,按随机抛硬币法分为同理心组和常规组,各50例。常规组行常规心理护理,同理心组应用基于同理心思维模式的心理护理。比较两组护理前后心理状态、血压水平及生命质量。结果:护理后,两组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分下降,同理心组低于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平下降,同理心组低于常规组(P<0.05);两组生理、心理、社会、环境评分提高,同理心组高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:同理心思维模式的心理护理能显著消除原发性高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者焦虑抑郁情绪,有利于控制血压水平,提高生命质量。
Objective:To study the effect of psychological nursing based on empathetic thinking mode in patients with essential hypertension accompanied by anxiety and depression.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with essential hypertension accompanied with anxiety and depression who were treated in Chaozhou People's Hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into empathy group and routine group by random coin toss,with fifty patients in each group.The routine group received routine psychological nursing,and the empathy group received psychological nursing based on empathetic thinking mode.The psychological state,blood pressure level and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale decreased in both groups,and the empathy group was lower than the routine group(P<0.05);after nursing,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both groups,and the empathy group was lower than the routine group(P<0.05);the physiological,psychological,social and environmental scores of the two groups were improved,and the empathy group was higher than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing with empathetic thinking mode can significantly eliminate the anxiety and depression of patients with essential hypertension accompanied by anxiety and depression,which is conducive to controlling blood pressure level and improving life quality.
