摘要
器件混合型直流变压器是新能源直流汇集与直流输送系统中的关键装备,目前器件混合型直流变压器在电网扰动下的运行特性尚不明确,给系统的稳定运行带来了潜在风险。针对器件混合型拓扑含多种模态的特点,给出了1种器件混合型高压大容量直流变压器的运行和控制原理,并建立了器件混合型直流变压器的控制模型。在所建立控制模型的基础上,分析了控制参数和电流参数对直流变压器阻抗传递函数频域特性的影响规律。通过电磁暂态仿真对所提变压器的扰动运行特性进行了验证,仿真结果表明,所建立的控制模型可有效描述器件混合型直流变压器在电网电压扰动情况下的运行特性,该变压器在电网电压扰动下可稳定运行。
The hybrid DC transformer is a key device in the renewable energy DC collection and transmission system,yet its operational characteristics under grid disturbances remain unclear,posing potential risks to the stable operation of the system.Considering the multi-mode of the hybrid device topology,this paper presents the operating and control principles of a high-voltage,high-capacity hybrid DC transformer and establishes control models.Based on the established control models,the impact of control and current parameters on the frequency-domain characteristics of the hybrid DC transformer's impedance transfer function is analyzed.The disturbance operation characteristics of the proposed hybrid DC transformer are verified through simulations.The simulation results demonstrate that the developed control model can effectively describe the operational characteristics of the hybrid DC transformer under grid voltage disturbances,and the transformer can run stably under the disturbance of the power grid voltage.
