摘要
目的 分析和探讨广西居民三孩生育意愿及影响因素。方法 采用方便抽样的方法选取≥18岁在广西居住的居民作为调查对象,通过调查问卷了解其对三孩生育政策的态度、意愿及影响因素。结果 514名调查对象中,有308人支持三孩生育政策,占59.9%。>40岁(OR=4.236,P=0.005)、认为三孩生育政策对我国人口有一定的积极影响(OR=4.065,P<0.001)、认为三孩生育政策对女性求职难度的影响很小(OR=3.066,P=0.002)的调查对象更支持三孩生育政策。养育成本高(96.1%)、对女性人生规划影响增大(82.5%)、教育资源紧张(79.1%)是影响其三孩生育意愿的主要原因。结论 目前广西居民三孩生育意愿不强烈,未来应着眼于家庭和育龄个体的生育需求和意愿,多措并举,有效构建生育三孩的社会支持系统,促进我国人口结构的健康发展。
Objective To analyze and explore the three-child fertility intention of residents and its influencing factors in Guangxi.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select residents aged 18 and above who were living in Guangxi as survey respondents.A questionnaire was administered to understand their attitudes,intentions,and the influencing factors related to the third-child policy.Results Among the 514 respondents,308 supported the third-child policy,accounting for 59.9%.Respondents over the age of 40(OR=4.236,P=0.005),those who believed the third-child policy had a positive impact on China’s population(OR=4.065,P<0.001),and those who thought the policy had minimal impact on women’s job-seeking difficulties(OR=3.066,P=0.002)were more likely to support the third-child policy.High child-rearing costs(96.1%),increased impact on women’s life plans(82.5%),and limited educational resources(79.1%)were the main factors affecting their willingness to have a third child.Conclusion Currently,the desire of Guangxi residents to have a third child is not strong.Future efforts should focus on the fertility needs and intentions of families and individuals of childbearing age,adopting multiple measures to effectively build a social support system for having a third child,and promoting the healthy development of China's population structure.
