摘要
针对传统变压器差动保护无法反应内部早期故障的不足,该文提出基于非理想绕组变压器数字孪生模型的早期故障保护方案。考虑工程应用中变压器的非理想结构,利用叠加法和分离变量算法,求解绕组空间漏磁场,并建立与实际非理想变压器一致的电路-漏磁场多状态数字孪生模型。以实际变压器等效漏磁通波形与数字孪生变压器模型虚拟波形之间差异作为故障特征量,提出早期故障的保护判据,能识别出1%以下的匝间短路和轻微绕组变形。最后,利用动模试验和仿真分析验证了所提方案的正确性。
Because traditional differential protection of transformers cannot reflect the incipient fault,this paper proposes an incipient fault protection scheme based on the digital twin model of a non-ideal winding transformer.Considering the non-ideal structure of transformers in engineering applications,this article uses the superposition method and separation variable algorithm to solve windings'spatial leakage magnetic field.It establishes a multi-state digital twin model consistent with the actual non-ideal transformer,which includes an electric circuit and leakage magnetic field.The proposed scheme takes the difference between the equivalent leakage flux waveform of the actual transformer and the virtual waveform of the digital twin transformer model as the fault characteristic,the protection criterion of incipient failure is proposed,and the inter-turn short circuit which is below 1%,and slight winding deformation can be identified.Finally,the correctness of the proposed scheme is verified by dynamic model tests and simulation analysis.
