摘要
数字贸易自由化发展是促进经济增长、优化资源配置的新引擎,在推动全球价值链位势攀升方面具有独特优势。本文利用2006——2022年相关数据,探析数字贸易自由化对全球价值链位势攀升的影响及作用机制。研究发现:数字贸易自由化对全球价值链位势攀升存在显著正向影响,且可通过缓解要素市场扭曲促进全球价值链位势攀升;异质性结果证实,数字贸易自由化更能促进国有企业、一般贸易企业、资本密集型企业与技术密集型企业全球价值链位势攀升。基于此,提出“三措并举”推进数字贸易自由化发展、“双建加持”加快全国统一大市场建设、“各自为战”制定“强优+固基”发展战略的对策建议,以期为助推我国全域全球价值链攀升提供理论参考。
The development of digital trade liberalization is a new engine for promoting economic growth and optimizing resource allocation,and has unique advantages in driving up the global value chain.This paper uses the relevant data from 2006 to 2022 to explore the influence and mechanism of digital trade liberalization on the rise of global value chain.Research has found that digital trade liberalization has a significant positive impact on the rise of the global value chain,and can promote the rise of the global value chain by alleviating factor market distortions.Heterogeneity results confirm that digital trade liberalization can better promote the rise of global value chains of state-owned enterprises,general trade enterprises,capital-intensive enterprises and technology-intensive enterprises.Based on this,we propose countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of digital trade liberalization through"three simultaneous measures",accelerate the construction of a unified national market through"dual construction and support",and formulate a"strong advantage+solid foundation"development strategy through"individual efforts",in order to provide theoretical reference for boosting the rise of China's global value chain.
