摘要
在食品工业快速发展的背景下,人们对食品加工与贮运等相关技术的需求愈发强烈。作为推动现代食品工业快速发展的后备力量,食品专业的研究生需要具备更高的素养、更专业的知识、更强的实践创新能力。为满足现代食品工业发展的需要,从课程思政、教学内容、教学方法等5个方面着手,对“食品加工与贮运专题”课程进行全面而深入的教学改革与实践,提出课程思政“全方位”、删旧增新“跟时代”、教学方法“多样化”、校企合作“育人才”、评定成绩“重实践”等适用于课程教学的新理念和新方法,致力于全面提升课程的教学质量,为我国食品工业培养出更多具有深度钻研、不断创新、品质优良的复合应用型高素质人才,将课程打造成适应当代研究生学习使用的精品课程。
In the context of the rapid development of the food industry,people’s demand for food processing and storage and transportation related technologies is increasingly strong.As a reserve force to promote the rapid development of modern food industry,food graduate students need to have higher literacy,more professional knowledge,and stronger practical innovation ability.In order to meet the needs of the development of modern food industry,carry out a comprehensive and in-depth teaching reform and practice on the course“Food Processing,Storage and Transportation”from five aspects,such as curriculum ideology and politics,teaching content and teaching methods.It has put forward some new teaching concepts and methods suitable for the course,such as“all-round”curriculum ideology and politics,“keeping pace with the Times”by deleting old and adding new,“diversified”teaching methods,“cultivating talents”by school-enterprise cooperation,and“emphasizing practice”in evaluating grades,and is committed to comprehensively improving the teaching quality of the course.For China’s food industry to cultivate more in-depth research,continuous innovation,and excellent quality of composite application-oriented high-quality talents,the course will be adapted to contemporary graduate students of the use of high-quality courses.
