海上高温高盐油藏深部堵水用高强度凝胶体系的制备及性能

摘要 制备了一种由非离子聚合物聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、酚醛树脂交联剂、促凝剂氯化铵和硫脲组成的凝胶堵剂体系,考察了各组分含量、温度和矿化度等对凝胶体系的成胶情况的影响,评价了凝胶体系在多孔介质中注入、运移和选择性封堵能力。实验结果表明,聚合物凝胶体系最优配方为:0.4%(w)PAM+0.4%(w)交联剂+0.3%(w)促凝剂。聚合物凝胶体系在不同矿化度模拟地层水中老化90 d后,脱水率为5.4%,具有良好的抗盐性和热稳定性。聚合物凝胶体系对高渗岩心封堵率均高于97.0%,具有良好的选择性封堵能力。 A gel blocking agent system was developed,comprising non-ionic polymer polyacrylamide(PAM),phenolic resin crosslinking agent,coagulant agent ammonium chloride,and thiourea.The effects of the content,temperature,and salinity of each component on the gel formation were investigated,and the injection,migration,and selective blocking ability of the gel system in porous media were evaluated.The results show that the optimal formula of the polymer gel system is 0.4%(w)PAM+0.4%(w)crosslinker+0.3%(w)coagulant.After aging in simulated formation water with varying salinity for 90 d,the dehydration rate of the polymer gel system is 5.4%,demonstrating good salt resistance and thermal stability.Additionally,the sealing rate of the polymer gel system exceeds 97.0%for high-permeability cores,indicating good selective sealing ability.
