摘要
从浸渍胶膜纸生产企业检测实验室操作的角度出发,通过分步试验的方法,探讨了浸渍胶膜纸甲醛释放量(干燥器法)检测过程中试件密封储存时间、试件烘干方式、干燥器存放环境的温度和湿度对其检测值的影响。研究结果表明,短期(1个月内)密封存储、多组试件置于同一鼓风干燥箱中分层平铺烘干以及干燥器存放环境的湿度,对浸渍胶膜纸试件的甲醛释放量检测结果影响不大,但干燥器存放环境的温度对浸渍胶膜纸试件的甲醛释放量检测结果影响明显。
The effects of sealed storage time,drying method,temperature and humidity of the desiccator storage environment on the formaldehyde emission(desiccator method)of impregnated decorative paper during the detection process in testing laboratory of the enterprises.The research results indicated that short-term(1 month)sealed storage,multi-layer drying of specimens in the same blast dryer,and humidity in the storage environment of the desiccator had little effect on the formaldehyde emission test results of impregnated decorative paper samples.The temperature of the storage environment of the desiccator had a significant impact on the formaldehyde emission test results of impregnated decorative paper samples.
