摘要
随着网络与信息技术的快速发展与广泛应用,政务信息化快速发展,各部门已经广泛使用电子信息管理系统,这些系统的运行很大程度简化了政务处理工作,在这种情况下,就要求城建档案与信息技术相结合,挖掘档案数据价值,完善城建档案电子信息系统构建,完善城建档案信息化建设。本文从城建档案信息化建设现存问题的角度出发,对城建档案馆信息化建设的思路、问题、技术进行分析,理顺城建档案信息化建设思路。
With the rapid development and wide utilization of network and information technology,as well as the rapid development of government informatization,various departments have widely used electronic information management systems,and the operation of these systems largely simplifies the government processing work.In this case,it is required that urban construction archives should combine with information technology,to mine archives data value,improve the electronic information system construction of urban construction archives,and facilitate the urban construction archives informatization construction.From the perspective of the existing problems of urban construction archives,this paper analyzes the ideas,problems and technologies of the informatization framework of urban construction archives,and rationalize the informatization construction ideas of urban construction archives.
